For the past 15 years Julian has specialised in the design, delivery and facilitation of highly effective team and leadership development programmes. Working with a pool of similarly experienced coaches, mentors, trainers and facilitators, Julian can align the right skills with the needs of clients.
Experiential Learning is quite simply learning by doing.In our programmes we integrate a range of relevant active challenges. These can be outdoors or indoors, they can include traditional command task (planks and barrels exercises) but could equally well include art, drama, music or business simulation exercises.
