Case Study 4 – Selecting challenges to achieve the defined outcomes
In our programmes we integrate a range of relevant active challenges. These can be outdoors or indoors, they can include traditional command task (planks and barrels exercises) but could equally well include art, drama, music or business simulation exercises.
We can guarantee that, at points, every delegate will be outside their comfort zone – or put more positively, will be in their stretch or learning zone. The learning zone will be different for everyone, so we will include a balanced range of challenges in every programme. Challenges will be designed with the business outcome in mind, and expert facilitation and coaching will link the learning back to make a real difference in the work place.
