We are passionate about using sailing yachts as a medium to develop individual, team and leadership performance.
Yachts provide a “real” environment, and no simulation exercises are required. Good team working and leadership skills have a direct and visible impact on performance, and the learning points can be directly related to the workplace.
We have used yachts in the UK and Mediterranean for team building, leadership development, selection and recruitment, and as a management retreat.
